Regal is committed to a diverse and inclusive workforce.   Description Job Responsibilities: Responsibility within the Commercial business segment for electronic hardware design, documentation, validation and application which includes: development of electronic requirements, documentation of design, specifications and development of the validation test plan, and electronics production/quality support. Specific responsibilities include: o Owns overall electronic hardware architecture design o Works with Application Engineer and Software Engineer to met customer/system requirements of hardware/software o Documentation of hardware requirements and design o Translates hardware design documents into real electricalcircuits. o Circuit simulation and analysis o Component selection o Prototype breadboarding and testing at unit and integration level o Debugs and supports electronic development, testing, production and quality teams o Final approval of all electrical documentation (schematics, assembly drawings, BOM, PCB layouts, etc.) o Interfaces with circuit board contract manufacturer Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: o Bachelors of Science on Electrical, Electronics or Software Engineering o 3+years relevant experience o Experience in the design and development of power electronics - Schematic and PCB Layout o Preferred experience designing magnetic components for power electronics o Preferred experience with electronic motor drive or embedded software development o Some knowledge of the concepts of electronic motor control o Some experience in providing customer support and dealing with challenging customer issues. o Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.  Desired Qualifications: o Familiar with RoHS and EHS guidelines. o Familiar with test procedures for EMI, hipot, transient, ESD, and others. o Familiar with agency testing  - UL, CSA, IEC, etc o Familiar with IoT technologies o Commercial motor application experience o Proven strong innovation skills o Six Sigma Training/Certification (Green Belt / DFLSS) 180000VZ

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
