High Tec Industrial Services is a leading service provider to technology-based industrial, manufacturing and process facilities.
We are seeking qualified candidates that can implement and manage high fleet standards, including without limitation, fleet cleanliness, documentation, registration, and licensing.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and ensure fleet operation in compliance with federal and state rules and regulations.
Maintain and monitor data management systems to organize fleets as per various schedules and requests.
Facilitate and implement corrective actions and capacity building to manage entire fleet to achieve company objectives Maintain electronic database of sales, registration, inspections, and maintenance of fleet management.
Manages fleet and equipment replacement; review status of vehicles and equipment; recommends equipment replacement and major repair options; prioritize purchases and evaluates maintenance Manages budget preparation and administration; monitors and controls expenditures; collects operational and administrative information and complies data for reports; analyzes and reports usage statistics Serves as subject matter expert on fleet maintenance; programs; laws and regulations Analyzing fleet management problems, evaluating alternatives, and recommending methods, procedures, and techniques for resolution of issues Operating a computer utilizing standard and specialized software; maintaining and analyzing fleet management records and files Ability to perform vehicle maintenance as needed This position will be Monday through Friday (Weekends if needed) from 7am-5pm Starting salary - $55,000 a year Benefits Include:
